GPL Customs has a General Manager responsible for Quality, Safety and Performance whose role is to ensure all systems and processes are applied effectively, consistently monitored, reviewed when necessary and evolved when required.

EU Working Time Directive regulations are rigorously observed for employees working in hazardous environments and precautions taken to ensure that fatigue levels are monitored so that we safely manage any staff deemed to be at ‘high risk’.
